These terms apply to all customers subscribed to a maintenance plan offered by Loop Solitaire. By purchasing any of the available plans, you agree to the following conditions and inclusions.

1. Revisions Included

All Loop Solitaire website packages include 3 rounds of revisions, regardless of the plan you choose.

A revision means one complete batch of feedback after reviewing the draft. You can include multiple requests in each round — such as changing text, swapping images, adjusting colors, or replacing links — as long as they are submitted together.

Revisions are intended to refine and finalise the design based on your initial brief. Major changes to the structure (like adding new pages or redesigning full sections) may require a custom quote.

We’ll guide you through the revision process so it’s clear, smooth, and collaborative.

Note:

-All website packages include static page design — meaning clean, responsive layouts with standard transitions and styling. If you request custom animations, dynamic transitions, or advanced visual effects, we reserve the right to quote an additional fee depending on the scope and complexity of the request.

-If, after your 3 included revisions, you request additional rounds of changes or multiple small modifications over time, we reserve the right to apply an additional fee to cover the extra work and project time.

-Major changes after approval — such as altering the site structure, adding new sections or pages, or redesigning key visuals — may require a separate quote even within the revision window.

Let us know upfront if you anticipate needing more flexibility — we’re happy to create a custom add-on or extended revision package if needed.

2. Plans & Inclusions

Hosting-Only Plan ($9/month)

Includes:

  • Domain registration (1 domain, renewed annually)

  • Hosting service for 1 site

  • General support related to the Domain and Hosting

Does NOT include:

  • Security monitoring

  • Backups

  • Plugin/theme updates

  • SEO checks

  • Support (technical or content)

  • Site fixes or assistance

Support:
This plan includes no direct support. Any technical, design, or security request will require upgrade to a full maintenance plan or a one-off paid service.

Essential Maintenance ($39/month)

Includes:

  • Hosting and domain (included, managed by Loop Solitaire)

  • Security monitoring

  • Monthly backups

  • Plugin and theme updates

  • Uptime monitoring

  • Site speed optimization

  • Plugin conflict resolution

  • Malware scans

  • SEO-ready structure check (every 6 months)

  • Standard email support (response within 1–2 business days)

Update cycle: Every 6 months

This plan is perfect for artists who want peace of mind knowing their website is technically sound. We take care of the essentials — hosting, domain, updates, backups, and security — so your site runs smoothly even when you’re not checking it. Please note this plan does not include content edits (e.g. updating gig dates or adding new releases). If you need hands-on help with content or design, consider upgrading to the Pro plan.

Pro Maintenance ($79/month)

Includes everything in Essential, plus:

  • Daily backups

  • Emergency fixes

  • SEO health monitoring (monthly)

  • Content updates (gigs, releases, shop edits – up to 2/month)

  • Priority email support (response within 24h)

  • Email marketing updates (new campaigns, tweaks, newsletter uploads)

  • Sales funnel & product page maintenance

Update cycle: After every release or update request

Designed for active artists managing releases, merch, and marketing, this plan covers everything from security to content and email updates. We’ll keep your site fresh, your funnels working, and your store optimized. Minor content changes (up to 2 per month) are included, but larger redesigns or new features may require a custom quote. This plan assumes ongoing collaboration — if you go inactive for extended periods, we’ll check in before continuing work.

Note:

If you wish to upgrade or downgrade your maintenance plan, simply email us at info@loopsolitaire.com. Changes will take effect starting from your next subscription billing date — whether you’re moving to a higher or lower plan.

The Pro Maintenance plan includes up to 5,000 emails/month, covering newsletters, automated campaigns, and email flows connected to your website.

If you exceed this limit, we’ll create a custom email plan tailored to your needs — always fairly priced and designed to support your growth without adding unnecessary costs.

3. Domain Ownership

All domains are purchased and registered in the customer’s name. Loop Solitaire retains technical management (DNS, renewals, SSL, etc.) while the customer maintains full ownership rights.

If you decide to transfer your domain, Loop Solitaire will assist in the transfer process provided your account is in good standing and the request is made in writing at least 14 days in advance.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your maintenance plan at any time with 14 days’ written notice to info@loopsolitaire.com. Upon cancellation, you are responsible for purchasing:

  • Your own hosting plan

  • Your domain renewal service

  • A new theme or builder license, or a specific plugin license, if requested by the client during the build

Only once these services are confirmed and paid by the client, will the site files and domain be transferred.

5. Payment & Service Suspension

Maintenance plans are billed monthly. If payment is interrupted or declined:

  • The service will be immediately suspended

  • The website may go offline until billing is restored

  • A reactivation fee may apply if manual setup is required after 30 days of inactivity

Pricing Updates
Our maintenance pricing is reviewed annually. If we decide to adjust the monthly fee for your plan, you’ll receive a notification at least 30 days in advance. At that point, you can choose whether to continue, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan — no surprise charges, ever.

6. Liability

Loop Solitaire is not liable for issues caused by third-party plugins, client-side edits, or external service providers.
